Josiah graduated from Western Governor’s University with a Bachelors in Information Technology and a Masters in Business Administration. After working in corporate IT for an oil company, Josiah transitioned to become the Technology Manager for a membership website that helped independent restaurants become better businesses. In 2020 he founded Bullock Tech Solutions with the vision of helping small businesses in Cody, Wyoming become more effective and efficient.
